This classic German style yeast from Cologne expresses a delicate character and a crisp finish. It is ideally suited for the production of lagered Ales, Kölsch and Altbier particularly when fermented at a low temperature. It performs well for the production of IPA and Pale Ale when fermented at an ambient temperature.
