ORDERING LE LABO'S YEAST IS A PLUS FOR YOUR BREWERY

Whether you are a new or an existing customer of Le Labo, you can visit our online store to place an order or use our order form and we will be happy to send you a quote.

When we send you a quote, the yeast included will be reserved for you until the quote’s expiration date. You must approve your quote to confirm your order so we can ship it on the specified date. The time between the placement of your order and its shipment varies depending on the availability of the yeast. Many of our products can be shipped within two business days!

You will receive an invoice by email on the same day that your order is shipped. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer and we prioritize the latter for all purchases not made through our online store.

SHIPPING: A MATTER OF DETAILS

Our yeast is protected from varying conditions during shipping by packaging it in recyclable insulated boxes with ice packs. To avoid having your yeast stuck in transit over the weekend, we ship your orders in the beginning of every week. They will be delivered to you within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location and on the shipping date indicated on the quote.

You will receive a tracking number from the carrier on the shipping day. We closely monitor the shipment of your orders and you will be notified if any issues occur during shipping.

QUALITY STANDARDS MAINTAINED RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR

We guarantee that our yeast will be delivered to you without being damaged in transit. When you receive your yeasts, please make sure that:

- Someone is on-site, as a signature is required upon delivery.

- Clear directions are provided for the carrier.
(Please note that carriers can’t call customers during delivery)

- You have received all the boxes that make up your order before signing the bill of lading.

-Validate that all the information on the bill of lading corresponds to the items received and verify their integrity.

GIVE A SECOND LIFE TO OUR ICE PACKS

We value the principles of circular economy to improve the environmental footprint of our operations.

Therefore, it is our pleasure to recover your ice packs at our expense.

- Simply write to us at commandes@levureslelabo.com and we will send you a shipping label.
- Place the shipping label on your package and a carrier will pick up your ice packs on the scheduled date.
- Please make sure your package does not exceed 45 pounds for the return shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issue, please contact us as soon as possible. At Le Labo, your satisfaction is our pride!
