ARTICLE 1 – RETURN
Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product shall be sealed and in the same condition received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some products are not eligible for return. Thus, there is no possible return for our liquid ferments, gift cards and any downloadable software products.
To complete the return, we require a purchase’s proof or a receipt.
It is important to not send your product back to the manufacturer.
In certain circumstances, partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
* Any item returned 30 days after the delivery.
ARTICLE 2 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. Furthermore, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a few days.
ARTICLE 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ARTICLE 4 – SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only items at regular prices are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for replacement
ARTICLE 5 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace defective or damaged items.

ARTICLE 6 – GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and if it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the item’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be shipped to you.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the item, there will not be any extra cost for the shipping.
Depending on where you live, the deadline for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
