RETURN POLICY

ARTICLE 1 – RETURN

 

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Due to the fragile nature of our yeast products, returns are not accepted, regardless of their condition. However, a refund may be possible depending on the condition of the yeast upon arrival at your location.

To request a refund or a credit applicable to your next order, please email us at orders@levureslelabo.com.

You must include your order number (PO) or any other proof of purchase, along with photos showing the condition in which the defective product arrived. The batch number (visible on the product label) may be required depending on the request.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Liquid yeast
  • Dry yeast and nutrients
  • Gift cards

ARTICLE 2 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

A credit or refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • If the yeast shipment took more than 5 business days
  • If the physical condition of the yeast no longer guarantees its freshness, including:
    • Swollen container
    • Non-compliant, open, or leaking cap
    • Leakage in the shipping box
    • Unpleasant odor, unusual color, or texture
    • Non-sealed packaging (for dry yeast only)


ARTICLE 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ARTICLE 4 – SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.


ARTICLE 5 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

In certain situations, we may ship a similar product as quickly as possible, with no additional shipping costs.

ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING 

Due to the fragile nature of our yeast products, returns are not accepted. If your refund or credit request has been properly approved, you may simply dispose of the defective product.
