ENDOZYM AMG
Purified enzymatic preparation based on gluco-amylase for complete starch degradation
Endozym AMG is the saccharification enzyme glucoamylase applied during mashing to break down starch and dextrins into glucose. It is also the enzyme to use when brewing light or low-calorie beers.
ADVICE
Use ENDOZYM AMG with our Belgian liquid yeast Saison non-diastaticus to brew an ultra-dry non-diastatic Saison !
DOSAGE
Typical dosage is 50 to 100 ml per 100 kg of malt or unmalted cereals / adjuncts.
