Designed for the production of evolving beers, this blend is ideal for the creation of wild hoppy beers. Young beers will have nice tartness and fruity aromas of stone fruit and pear. Aging in the bottle or in the cellar will produce a typical farmhouse character with acidity thanks to Brettanomyces.
