This strain, well known to create New England IPAs, will make hops shine in your beers while leaving a smooth finish. Originally from Northern England, it is nevertheless versatile and an excellent house strain. Its aromatic profile will be more neutral at low temperatures, while at warmer temperatures it will release its fruity characteristics.
