LSB6002X - Brett Bruxelloise II
This strain is especially well suited for both primary and secondary fermentations. Its funky profile, with stronger horse blanket notes, comes out more quickly than the one of Brett Bruxelloise I. It is recommended for beers which need strong funkiness.
