Made up of our LSB7001 and LSB7005 strains, this blend of bacteria delivers a complex, crabapple and lemon-flavoured acidity profile in no time. It gives a perfect blend for refreshingly sour beers. We recommend a pitch rate of 0.5L of bacteria per hectoliter of wort or beer to sour.
