LWYM Agar Plates
Each sleeve contains 20 pre-poured agar plates. Available in two sizes (60mm and 100mm).
Agar Plates are produced to order and have a lead time of 14 days.
Selects for wild yeasts on the basis of crystal violet resistance. Wild yeasts form pink colonies while beer yeasts form microcolonies. Note that some beer yeasts will grow on this medium, so it must be validated strain-by-strain.
