LSB3011 - Anglaise Robuste
Despite its English origins, this strain is very versatile thanks to its relatively neutral fermentation profile and its high rate of attenuation. It performs particularly well in high alcohol beers at a fermentation temperature slightly cooler than room temperature. Its high level of flocculation makes it easily reusable and allows it to serve as a house strain.
