LSB1013X - San Diego
A low ester-producing strain that ferments rapidly with a neutral profile. With its high attenuation, it produces very dry beers with a more pronounced bitterness. With a high tolerance to alcohol it can produce a variety of styles. It is an excellent, versatile domestic strain, ideal for breweries producing high-hop beers.
