LSB1011 – Juteuse
This strain is the ideal choice for hazy and juicy beers, with its ability to make biotransformation of hop compounds and its low level of flocculation. We recommend leaving a good headspace in the fermenter to reduce the risk of overflow with this strain. It also requires a higher wort oxygenation rate compared to most yeast strains.
