LSB2005 - Saison Française
This yeast from Northern France is very famous for brewing Saison-type beers and other Belgian-style ales. It creates dominant spicy aromas along with fruity and citrus notes. Although this strain has a high attenuation capacity, it leaves a smooth mouthfeel. In mixed fermentation with LSB6010, it will produce amazing farmhouse ales.
