LE LABO'S GENERAL DIRECTOR & FRENCH SALES DIRECTOR

Maxime holds a Master's degree in Experimental Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. He has extensive experience in management and business development. He is co-founder and major shareholder of the company.

MYRIAM LADRIE

SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR

With an industrial Master's degree in Food Science (Université Laval) specializing in Food Mycology, Myriam has been working with the Labo since 2017. She has in-depth knowledge of ferment quality management, and her skills set the benchmark for our team.

MARIANNE DENIS

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

By completing two technical DECs, in bioecology and dietetics, Marianne has developed her versatility in the laboratory. Her organizational skills and dynamism enable her to rigorously monitor the various stages of production and the quality of our ferments.

YVES LUC JOLICOEUR-ROULEAU

PROJECT MANAGER

With a Bachelor's degree inFood Science and TechnologyfromUniversité Laval, Yves Luc works mainly on Labo's research projects. His in-depth knowledge of fermentation science is invaluable to our product development.

JÉRÉMY MÉLANÇON

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Jérémy has 7 years' experience in the brewing industry, working in several major breweries. Most notably, he was head brewer at Lagabière, a Quebec microbrewery renowned for its craft beers. Manual and creative, Jérémy is responsible for micro-organism production.

ALEXIA OUIMET

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Alexia earned her college diploma (DEC) in bioecology and later worked as a student researcher at Biopterre before joining the Labo’s laboratory team.

GÉRALD BOURDAUDHUI

SCIENTIFIC CONSULTANT

Gérald Bourdaudhui holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Sciences in Biochemistry, specializing in brewing and fermentation industries, as well as a certificate in “HACCP and Food Safety”. He has been working in the brewing industry for over 20 years, holding various positions including research and teaching assistant, brewmaster, production manager and quality control and R&D manager. Co-founder and shareholder of the company, he manages the R&D, consulting and production departments. He is also a member of the AMBQ Quality Committee, Vice-President of the MBAA Eastern District of Canada and a member of the Ordre des Chimistes du Québec.

JEAN-PIERRE TIRMAN

GENERAL MANAGER

An experienced entrepreneur with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Université de Sherbrooke, Jean-Pierre Tirman is co-founder and shareholder of the company. He plays a key role in the company's strategic development.

CYNTHIA LÉVESQUE

MARKETING & ADMNINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Cynthia is responsible for Le Labo's social media presence, graphic content and the marketing side of the business. With a DEC in Graphic Design and some training in Marketing, her creativity and expertise enable her to create a variety of technical tools for customers. Able to solve any technical problem, Cynthia is the team's tech support by default!
