LSB1004 - Golden Gate
This yeast, which will excel in a wide range of fermentation temperatures, allows the creation of neutral beers with a fruitier and more complex character as well as a fuller body compared to LSB1001. This American yeast, also capable of producing English beer styles, is an excellent house strain.
