Made up of our LSB7001 and LSB7005 strains, this blend of bacteria delivers a complex, crabapple and lemon-flavoured acidity profile in no time. It gives a perfect blend for refreshingly sour beers.

Unlike yeasts, our bacteria are sold by the liter rather than by the cell. We recommend a pitch rate of 1L of bacteria per hectoliter of wort or beer to sour.
