LSB1102 - NFIPA

This blend of two yeast strains isolated from Québec, one of which is non-conventional. It provides stone fruit, citrus and white flower aromas. With its low attenuation capacity, it produces silky beers and its biotransformation ability will allow the expression of all the aromatic potential of hops used in your recipes. NFIPA is the perfect blend to brew New England IPAs. This yeast symbiosis is stable enough to be cropped and re-pitched. Finally, it will grow on culture media inhibiting Saccharomyces such as " HLP ".
